This catheter has a straight open tip for the supra-pubic drainage of the bladder and incorporates a temperature probe for measuring the core body temperature while urological drainage takes place. The supra-pubic introduction circumvents the urethra and avoids infections to a large extent. Especially suitable for long-term catheterization. Available as a stand-alone product or in a puncture set or replacement set.
