Exceptional resistance to high concentrations of hematin, tannic acid and humic acid make it optimal for severely inhibited samples such as degraded interred bones.This buffer system includes protocol enhancements that deliver a 5-fold improvement in DNA profile recovery when used in conjunction with the ForenSeq DNA Signature Prep Kit, and 5 to 50 fold improvement with the ForenSeq MainstAY Kit.
