Product Description
Special vehicle with a double use, wheelchair accessible vehicle and type A2 ambulance, designed for the transport of seated patients which don’t represent a medical or surgical emergency and according to their condition it’s estimated that they will not require emergency medical assistance during the transport.
For a guarded and sheltered use of the wheelchair, the Future Safe kit – successfully EuroNCAP tested – was installed, offering protection and comfort to the person transported in the wheelchair. For its ambulance duties, the vehicle is carrying various oxygen therapy related equipment (fix and mobile oxygen bottles, CPR pocket masks, face masks, silicone resuscitators) and, as well, a portable suction unit, too.
Chassis
The vehicle we transformed for this project was a Ford Tourneo Connect.
