Product Description
The VR840 inline volumetric filler is a high-performance aseptic liquid filler, designed with Class 100 clean rooms in mind and in conformance with current and proposed cGMPs. This model has optional overhead laminar air flow, 4-16 heads, a fill accuracy of ± .5% and speeds up to 400 bpm on our VR840-16. Our simple two-piece filling syringes and valve assemblies are designed for sterile environments. Containers are positioned in the machine by adjustable gating fingers or an optional feedscrew drive to accommodate containers. This machine can be set up to double dose. The bottom-up fill, facilitates a quick changeover.
