Product Description
The LSS-PV model was developed to cost-effectively serialize small batches of products in accordance with the requirements of country-specific FMD guidelines. The product is fed in manually. A transport system with product carriers guarantees that the products are aligned precisely and continuously. After printing with a thermal inkjet printing system (TIJ), the print data is inspected.
If the inspection result is positive, the products are either collected on the collection table at the outlet of the system or slide into an outer carton via an optionally available transfer plate. Using the product ejection station, faulty products are separated from the GOOD products in good time. This process is monitored twice in the controller.
