PositioningCover is a tailored mattress cover that is used under a regular sheet for turning and repositioning higher up in bed. PositioningCover can be used with all types of mattresses and in situations where there are special requirements for user mobility in bed, for example, for bedridden users in intensive-care units.
PositioningCover is made of Handicare’s own unique sliding material ULF (Ultra Low Friction). By reducing the friction under the user, simple and safe repositioning, turning and moving higher up in bed can be performed with very little effort and without the need for lifting. It is comfortable for the user and it saves the caregiver’s back and shoulders.
