Auto Purse String Clamp
Single use internal stapler
The Auto Purse String clamp is a single-use instrument for the placement of temporary purse-string closures in gastric, esophageal, intestinal and colorectal surgery.
It places a circumferential strand of 2-0 nylon suture material, held in place by stainless steel staples.
The stainless steel staples are positioned in the tissue where the purse-string is needed. The device is activated by squeezing the ring handles.
