Covaris Certified Consumable Designed to Simplify your Automated Workflow
A specially engineered polymer vessel designed and engineered for Focused-ultrasonicators utilizing AFA energetics™ available in two formats: 96 AFA-TUBE Plate (Pictured on left, compatible with LE220-plus, LE220R-plus, LE220Rsc and R230) and 8 AFA-TUBE Strip (Pictured on the right, compatible with LE220-plus) for DNA shearing at 10 and 20 ul sample volume in truSHEAR.
This new plate format allows for use as typical labware with compatibility with heat blocks, magnets and thermocyclers. It can easily be used on an automation platform in an NGS workflow improving turnaround time and throughput. Both the strip and the plate formats contain RFID for sample tracking, to be exclusively used with Covaris instruments.
Compatible with LE220-plus, LE220R-plus, LE220Rsc and R230 Focused-ultrasonicators. Covaris instruments are designed to work exclusively with Covaris consumables.
