Podotec combines a large-format crimping plate, a heat board, a digital control panel
with LCD display and two exterior vacuum outputs in a single compact concept.

HIGH PERFORMANCE VACUUM

Podotec incorporates an innovative “maxpress” system based on a high performance, maintenance-free vacuum pump that provides optimum vacuum levels for perfect blending and adaptation of any type of material. Vacuum can also be carried out simultaneously in the upper chamber and outside outlets.

ROLLING VERSION

Optionally Podotec can incorporate a frontal drawer, shelves and rolling base, ideal for movement in clinic.

In the front, it incorporates two external outlets of vacuum, which allow the molding of the orthosis directly on the patient’s foot and the connection of fingerprinting and other Namrol accessories.

LARGE FORMAT MULTIPOINT HEATING

The heat plate has a high-quality aluminium non-stick surface, reinforced with titanium particles that absorbs the energy to the maximum, heats up quickly and distributes the heat optimally throughout the work surface.

The expanded work surface, supports 4 templates at the same time.

INTELLIGENT CONTROL

The digital control panel with LCD display allows full control of all functions such as: individual temperature, time and vacuum level adjustment, and eight work programs.

LARGE FORMAT

Pressing plate with high resistance silicone membrane (250º) and Unifix

closing system without the need for anchoring.

The extended work surface supports 4 insoles at the same time.
