Synthera® + is a fully automated synthesizer for the production and purification of radioactive compounds for diagnostic imaging applications (PET and SPECT) and for therapy applications mainly in oncology, neurology and cardiology. Synthera® + employs a single-use disposable cassette, the IFP™ (Integrated Fluidic Processor) and a set of commercially available reagents for the synthesis of a wide variety of compounds: [18F]FDG,[18F]FPSMA-1007, [18F]NaF, [18F]FET; [18F]FLT, [18F]FMISO, [18F]FCH, [18F]FES*, [18F]FAPI*, [68Ga]Ga-peptides and many others.
