The Fassisi Giardia is an immunochromatographic rapid test that detects surface antigens of Giardia cysts and trophozoites. The test detects the pathogens in a few minutes. Furthermore the Fassisi GiarDia can be used directly on-site and it can be stored at roomtemperature.
If an infection with Giardia is present, an immediate treatment is important and the pet owner also has to take immediate hygienic measures in his own household to fight the very persistent pathogens. The Fassisi GiarDia offers you a result very quickly, so that no time is lost in further action.
The quick test works with a coupling technique based on blue latex particles. The latex particles ensure a very intensive colour result of the test line if the result is positive (high sensitivity), so that low concentrations of Giardia cysts are reliably detected.
