Product Description
Alexanderwerk produces the MG 100, a moist granulator designed to meet the requirements and standards in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. It is made for the production of granules of defined diameters from moist or pasty substances. Depending on the raw material and cylinder perforation, the throughput can be as high as 500 kg/h.
Granulating cylinders bores are available from 1.0 to 8.0 mm. The counter-rotating pressure cylinder is knurled (profiled) to enhance feed characteristics. The MG 100 is available in a mobile design providing great flexibility during granulation. All units quickly disassemble for easy maintenance and cleaning.
