Product Description
The Stokes Granulator is specially designed for the reduction of both wet and dry materials into a granular product to a specific size distribution. Changeover from product to product is simple and rapid. The entire stainless steel working section can be removed, thoroughly cleaned and replaced in minutes.
Capacity - Dependent on material and desired particle size
Typical granulating rates - Wet mix, through 4 mesh screen = 3,000 lb/hr
Tray dried compound, through 14 mesh screen = 1,200 lb/hr
Tablet slugs, through 10 mesh screen = 900 lb/hr
Screens - Sizes from 4 to 16 mesh piano wire; 2 to 100 mesh stainless steel
