The COMPACT-12 VALIDA consists in a monobloc unit that integrates a variety of operations in just one machine, to guarantees very high levels of efficiency in the crucial counting, filling and capping phases.
Suitable for solid products, this machine inspects each tablet, caplet, pill and hard or soft capsule.
Depending on the type of production and specific customer requirements, the machine can accommodate operator protection (RABS) or product protection systems (Laminar Flow).
All parts in contact with the product (hopper, vibrating trays, pre-counting tubes, product funnels), can be easily removed for cleaning, or maintenance.
