Training Simulator

The T5-HD is a complete minimally invasive training system that does not require additional video equipment. This system is simple to set up and portable. It includes the large pelvic work area + High-Definition 1080p SimScope (camera) + 12″ high-resolution monitor. It is versatile as it can be used for basic laparoscopic skills up to advanced procedural training, including camera navigation for an individual or a team.

DESCRIPTION
The T5-HD is a complete minimally invasive training system that does not require an additional laptop computer to complete the system like many of our competitor’s trainers. It takes less than a minute to set up and includes a large abdominal/pelvic work area, High-Definition 1080p SimScope™ (camera) and a 12″ (30cm) high-resolution monitor. It is versatile as it can be used to practice basic laparoscopic skills through advanced procedural simulation, including camera navigation for an individual or a team. The SimScope™ can be placed in any of the ports (Most trainers have a single, dedicated scope/camera location). Residents may practice with the T5-HD to acquire the skills incorporated into the FLS modules (approved by FLS). The large pelvic work area has 14 laparoscopic ports with interchangeable grommets (5mm and 10mm) and LED interior lighting. A handle is located on the back of the pelvic work area to facilitate ease of portability. No assembly is required. The T5 Series is designed to facilitate team training that can be used as a one-person laparoscopic practice workstation just as well.
