Single-Detector Gamma Camera

Sentinella is an innovative system for sentinel lymph node detection in the operating room, fusing the gamma image with an optical image in real time. This fusion between gamma image and optical vision allows very intuitively positioning the gamma camera in the area of interest for the detection and subsequent excision of the sentinel node, evaluating, in addition, possible extensions to the lymph nodes, even if they are outside the conventional lymph node chain.

Sentinella is 100% portable. It includes an ergonomic arm with a positioning laser that allows the camera to be placed in hard-to-reach areas. The camera’s high resolution is ideal for minimally invasive surgeries. Also, its dedicated Sentinella Software Suite offers multiple applications to obtain more information and benefit from the images: virtual lead, ROIs, dual tracer, radioactive pointer marker (as I125 seeds), dynamic and sequential images. Sentinella Horus is also compatible with Worklist and PACS systems, being integrated in the software Suite by uploading all the information in compatible and DICOM formats.
