Product Description
The Arterial Blood Filter is mode of a polycarbonate body with a pleated polyester Filter Membrane of 40 um porosity and a bypass line in a coupled PVC. The product is integrally manufactured with materials suitable for medical-pharmaceutical opplications and sterilizable with Ethylene Oxide. (ETO). The filter membrane promotes the retention of particles and microbubbles present in the blood and the flow direction enables the removal of air macrobubbles.
The product is indicated for use on the arterial line of the extracorporeal blood circulation circuit to provide partides retention and gaseous microembolias.
