SYNMAN Torso Model is the perfect manikin for the ATLS Team Training. It was designed in 2006 in cooperation with ATLS Switzerland as an alternative to existing models and to using animals for the surgical skill stations in acute trauma life support courses.

Great anatomical design and excellent performance

Needle Thoracentesis
The ribs and clavicle must be palpated for correct entry point

Chest Tube Insertion
Very realistic with lung feature, multiple foam layers and correct rib separation

Pericardiocentesis
It is only possible to extract fluids when the needle in the correct position

Diagnostic Peritoneal Lavage
The abdominal wall is very well simulated with multiple layers to disect

Subrapubic Bladder Decompression
The symphysis can be well palpated to locate the needle entry point

All principle ATLS procedures can be performed on a single model
