The IP Sandy 2 sandblasting machine, with a clear blasting chamber and scratch-resistant, easily interchangeable toughened safety glass plate (optional), serves for the surface radiation of metals as cleaning and polishing of ceramics, plastics etc. The machine is equipped with two separate sand tanks and blasting hand pieces, which can be operated via a pneumatic foot switch and an air switcher. The inner of the cabin is equipped with a tank switch for no interruptions while working, two protection gloves, a drip tray and powerful LED with over 1000 Lumen. Furthermore on the bottom of the cabin is a drain plug, to be able to empty the used and filthy blasting agent. The rear wall is equipped with a pipe for the aspiration. The IP Sandy 2 can be used with aluminum oxide and glass beads from 50µm up to 250µm. The capacity of each tank is approx. 700 grams. The working pressure is adjustable between 1 and 7 bars through a pressure regulator, with integrated condense water separator.
