Sterilization Container Systems

Aygün window model sterilization container system is one
of its patented products. What makes this model different
from the others is the window on the lid which its name
comes from. This window of made of high performance
PPSU transparent material which is resistant against
high temperature, impacts, scratches, deformation,
discoloration and chemicals and it opens users a way to
visually check inside of the sterilization container without
opening the lid. The window model lids assures great
tightness due to its special assembly method and the
gasket system in it. As there is no filtering mechanism on
the lid, window model sterilization container boxes strictly
must be bottom perforated. Either single use paper or
2000 cycles PTFE Teflon Filters can be used in the box.
In order to allow the air flow and reach to perfect steam
penetration the filtering mechanism of this model must
have enough space. For that purpose, this sterilization
container model is supplied with a wire base inside the
container as standard. Except for this container model, all
Aygün boxes and lids are compatible with each other.
Aygün window model sterilization container systems are
manufactured as five different length, width and height. All
models and sizes have specific baskets and accessories
which can be viewed in following parts. Modular auto lock
mechanism (thermo lock) promising sterility assurance
and indicator window providing visibility of the indicator
card result by visual control without opening the lid are
also available for this sterilization container model.
