Our Line 80S Type 2 load bearing steel grid system offers an absolute maximum of flexibility and modularity for use in clean rooms. Large suspension distances, high access level load bearing capacity, concealed cable and media routing as well as a homogeneous load bearing surface are only some of the advantages of this clean room ceiling that can be used as a maintenance level. The simple system structure ensures fast and efficient installation. The system meets all requirements for GMP and DIN EN ISO 14644 compliant design.

Guardrail / Safety barrier

Walkable maintenance-areas with fall-risk zones (e.g. freestanding rooms or different ceiling height levels) must be equipped with appropriate safety barriers. Therefore the Line 100S Type 2 / Line 80S Type 2 ceiling systems can be reinforced with an approved guardrail system that meets all normative requirements

Clean room and ot lighting

Recessed and surface-mounted luminaires with the latest LED technology are available for every ceiling system (exemplary illustration).

Smoke vents for ceilings

Smoke vents are available for every ceiling system. You can choose between “currentless open” and “currentless closed”
