Explanation
Pregnancy-associated glycoproteins (PAGs) are specific proteins that
appear in the peripheral blood of ruminants after pregnancy and play an
important role in the pregnancy process. Secreted by the binucleated cells
of the embryo.
This test card is made of colloidal gold immunochromatographic test (GICA)
principle, the sample is added to the sample well and moves along the
chromatography membrane with the colloidal gold marker, if there is a
certain amount of pregnancy-associated glycoprotein (PAG) in the sample,
it will be combined with the colloidal gold marker and the antibody on the
detection line to show purplish red, if there is no pregnancy-associated
glycoprotein (PAG) in the sample, there will be no color reaction
