Product Description
ADS Laminaire has developed the vertical laminar flow blower ceiling (with recycling and extraction
conjugates) of PS/EQL type. This type of laminar flow (PS/EQL) is particularly suitable for
handling and packaging of allergen powders, antibiotics, hormones, etc. PS/EQL offers both a guarantee of:
• perfect sterility for handling
• protection of the manipulator and the environment
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Sterile air is pumped from the top of the PS/EQL in the form of a flow laminar and is entirely taken up at ground level by a suction grid. Extraction on absolute product filter a vein of air, and creates at the lower periphery of the volume (at ground level) a negative pressure with several effects:
• carry aerosols emitted during handling, avoiding thus any accumulation of powder at the ground level
• air renewal of the working volume, thus lowering temperature
