The three main models of training in this way are:

Training model 1: Take-home training:

Purchase an eoSim for each trainee to 'take home' and train flexibly. There is growing evidence that this is the best way to facilitate regular rehearsal.

Training model 2: Install eoSim in Institution.

Install eoSims within the institution that trainees can visit and use when at work.

Training model 3: Hybrid of take-home and in-work

A hybrid of take-home and in-work training, with some eoSim residing permanently in the hospital, with a pool of other eoSim for taking-home.
