Material Certification and Lot Traceability
Biomedical/pharmaceutical-grade standard tubing made of WACKER SILICONES HM-6540 platinum-cured material. The manufacturing process minimizes flow degradation after prolonged use. Meets USP Class VI biocompatibility requirements. The tubing is manufactured in Shen Yun Medical's CE-registered medical device facility in China, following the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as required by the Quality System Regulations. Certified to ISO 13485 quality standards. Sterilizable by autoclave or ethylene oxide, or by gamma irradiation within user-verified cycles and exposure levels. Durometer Hardness: Shore A, 54.
Certifications: Meets USP Class VI, ISO 10993-1, FDA 21CFR 177-2600, and EP 3.1.9. Meets ISO 13485 quality standards. Sterilizable by autoclave, ethylene oxide and gamma irradiation.
