DEPArray™ PLUS is the new automated and versatile platform to sort pre-selected rare cell populations from a variety of sample types with single cell precision and 100% purity.
DEPArray PLUS is the latest evolution of the DEPArray technology, now enhanced with 9 fluorescent channels and new features speeding up sample processing and optimizing the user experience.
The DEPArray PLUS is intended for Research Use Only (RUO) – not for use in diagnostic procedures.
The components of the DEPArray system include the DEPArray PLUS instrument, DEPArray PLUS cartridge and CellBrowser software.
DEPARRAY PLUS INSTRUMENT
The DEPArray platform utilizes high quality, image-based selection to allow identification and isolation of cells of interest on the DEPArray cartridge. The automated system uses a five or nine-channel fluorescent microscope to capture images and identify cells showing the desired fluorescence labeling and morphological characteristics.
DEPArray PLUS unique new features optimize the user experience, reduce hands-on time and speed up sample processing. These include an automated notification system informing users directly on their mobile device upon the completion of each step of a run and a faster workflow thanks to a new cartridge with enhanced microfluidics and the implementation of pre-set parameters for identification and recovery of target cells.
