Our wrist blood pressure monitor measures your blood pressure reliably and quickly. Using the oscillometric measurement method, the monitor detects the flow of your blood through the artery at the wrist and converts the movements into a digital reading. The wristband is easy to install and comfortable to wear.

When should i take my blood pressure?

To take your blood pressure you need to be calm and rested. It is therefore important to avoid eating, smoking, drinking alcohol, taking medication or doing sports 30 minutes to an hour before the measurement. It is also advisable to take your blood pressure every day at the same time.

How to place my wrist blood pressure monitor?

First, remove any jewellery or clothing you may have on your wrist. Then sit at a table with your feet flat on the floor. Place your hand on the monitor case, palm up, so that the device is level with your heart. Place the monitor 1cm away from your hand. Always measure your blood pressure on the same wrist.
