The Open Modular Transport Carts are the most straightforward solution to allow sterile processing staff and nursing staff to easily transport supplies throughout various units.
The modular transport cart has been manufactured from steel, finished with a white, high-gloss polyester lacquer coating which is both UV and solvent-resistant. To prevent all common bacteria from multiplying, the silver compound BACT-O-STOP* has been incorporated into the lacquer coating on these carts.
The runners consist of a U and an L profile. They are compatible with all the common ISO configuration trays, baskets and shelves. Modular baskets or trays simply slide into the U profile. The L profile has been designed to accommodate baskets with a high edge (such as surgical totes).
Maneuvering the modular transport cart is a breeze thanks to the four TENTE* non-marking 5 inch grey swivel wheels. Each cart has two brakes on the two front wheels that allow for easy and secure parking of the cart while loading and unloading supplies.
