ROM Plus® Rupture of Membranes Test is unique in that it detects both Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 1 (IGFBP-1) using a monoclonal/polyclonal antibody approach–improving its sensitivity.
