The FILAMATIC Servo Chuck Capper is a servo-motor driven/PLC controlled capper. It provides precise application torque and servo controlled feedback. The capper automatically applies the cap and tightens to the desired application torque.
The Servo Chuck capper offers a single head capper which can handle up to 30 cpm or a dual head capper handling up to 50 cpm. Its stainless steel construction can accommodate a wide variety of cap sizes and features a vibratory feed bowl with a loading chute, sensors for–No Container, No cap–and Back up at discharge, along with a quick dump feature to clear out the bowl during a cap changeover.
The auto-reject with a reject verification option allows for efficiency during capping and the capper’s recipe recall can create, save, and copy over a hundred recipes by name.
