Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics knee-ankle-foot orthoses (KAFOs) address dysfunction at the ankle and knee together. With few exceptions, the ankle portion of the KAFO brace is also available as a standalone AFO. The knee joint can be solid (locked) or can allow for a certain range of motion.
The Boston O&P custom metal/leather KAFO is a double upright orthosis extending from thigh to foot, providing for frontal, sagittal and transverse plane control of the knee and ankle.

Drop locks and retainer buttons
Varus/valgus correction knee pads
