Revision Shoulder Prosthesis

Thanks to its dedicated humeral stem, the ARAMIS prosthesis for traumatology allows efficient treatment of 3 or 4 fragment fractures of the upper end of the humerus. It is available in anatomical (hemiarthroplasty/total) or inverted versions and, thanks to its attachment systems, optimises the reconstruction and consolidation of the tuberosities. It can be cemented in the diaphyseal part or placed without cement (coated with a bi-layer of osseointegratable titanium and hydroxyapatite), locked or not by 2 screws.

Its mixed instrumentation allows the choice between anatomical and inverted intraoperatively. The humeral implant can be changed from one version to another.

The ARAMIS prosthesis for traumatology benefits from all the advantages of the ARAMIS range:

Anatomical version: The adaptation of the humeral heads with off-centre cone or centred cone allows a precise anatomical restoration.

A reversed version: The cervico-diaphyseal angle has been fixed at 140°. This varisation results in a beneficial increase in the deltoid lever arm by lateralization. Combined with an optimisation of the position of the glenoid piece, it significantly reduces the appearance of notches. The use of the Aramis standard range of glenoid bases allows optimal anchoring of the glenoid component in the scapula.

Ergonomic instrumentation: The ergonomic and compact instrumentation (only one ancillary box) allows precise adjustment of the implant positioning. It allows the use of either the delto-pectoral or the superolateral approach.
