ASC 7400XS
Non-destructive integrity test for small flexible packages (sachets, pouches, stick packs, …)
The ASC 7400XS allows testing of sealed packages for leaks, without any damage to the package or product.
After passing the test, packages can be returned to the line or used for other purposes, avoiding needless scrap.
The instrument uses ASC Instrument’s patented method, highly efficient for a wide range of sealed packaging.
The ASC 7400XS offers a deterministic alternative to dye testing, capable of detecting leaks in the micron range.
The ASC 7400XS is suitable for manual operation, but can also perfectly be integrated in automatic test stations for constant monitoring of sealing quality.
Detailed test reports can be generated automatically for full traceability.
Reference packages (leak-free and with calibrated leaks) are supplied for qualifications, validation and routine checks.
Our application specialists have extensive experience in developing the optimal parameters for your application, a validation report is part of the documentation supplied.
