Product Description
The Compact filling and capping monoblocks are the ideal solution for pharma and cosmetic factories with limited space. The small scale of the machine also participates in savings from the construction of clean spaces.
The machine is delivered in an SA version, which is a semi-automated filling system and semi-automatic capping, and in a fully automatic AT version. An automatic bottle feeder for the carousel can be added to the machine. Usually, the machines are equipped with a peristaltic pump. There are various capping systems for screw caps applied by capping heads with servomotors, crimp caps and the application of rubber caps and droppers.
The machine has a standard control system with adjustable control levels and the Siemens Simantic control system with touch screen. It reaches an output of 1,200 bottles/hour.
