A tabletop semi-automatic crimper designed for easy setup and operation with the capacity to switch between standard continuous thread (CT) caps, aluminum crimp caps, and R.O.P.P. caps.

Ideal for secure, air-tight capping of products in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, food & beverage, and chemical industries, this intermittent motion machine can cap or crimp up to 15* BPM. Built around a rigid cast frame, the Mini CRIMP is belt-driven. The capping or crimping head is powered by a sealed, low maintenance 0.5 hp AC motor. For long-term reliability, all cam and piston assemblies operate in a lifetime oil bath.
Equipped with a switchable spacer system to control the height and a turn knob and adjustable pressure system for the crimping head, the Mini CRIMP can make perfect closures on new bottles or vials in minutes.
