Vitrex baby lancets are intended for high volume blood flow with minimum depth of penetration. The safety lancets are primarily applicable for newborns and preemies. However, they can also be recommended for other applications, where short penetration depth and/or minimal compression of tissue is important.
Vitrex Octaheel Baby and Vitrex Steriheel Baby lancets have the same indications and features, but Vitrex Octaheel is the newest edition, which offers improved ergonomy.
