Do not fill with water above 45°C (113°F) for heat therapy. Do not use while sleeping.
Directly applying the ice bag to skin can result in frostbite. Wrap the ice bag in a towel before use to protect skin. Do not use for more than 20 minutes at a time.
If user has a history of circulatory problems, nerve damage, or skin allergies, please consult a doctor before use. If you experience any discomfort that may be associated with use of this product, stop using and consult medical professionals.
Recycle device components that bear recycling symbols. Dispose of the remainder in accordance with local, regional, or national law and regulations.
