Semi-circle shape with a rectified portion from its medium point until the next of its end which will correspond, when applying it, to the posterior medium commissure. Made of stainless steel 316L, with a silicon layer and coated with polyester.
The product is used for mitral valve repair in reconstructive surgery of the mitral valve, whose purpose is to put the retracted mistral valve in its anatomic natural position, remodel the distended commissures and correct the mitral ring dilatation, distributing the traction forces by means of wrinkling.
