Product Description
The test kit is designed for the qualitative detection of human occult blood in feces according to the principle of gold immunochromatography assay. Observe the test results immediately within 5 minutes, the result is invalid over 5 minutes.
The test utilizes antibodies including an anti-human hemoglobin monoclonal antibody on the nitrocellulose membrane with colloidal gold marked Hb as a mark tracer. The reagent is used to detect the Hb in feces according to the principle of the double antibody sandwich method and gold immunochromatography assay.
