Product Description
WINScan® Abutment can be used for developing the temporary or definitive abutment according to two different procedures:
INTRAORAL DIGITAL IMPRESSION: the digital impression is taken directly into the patient’s mouth by scanning the WINScan® abutment previously placed.
DIGITAL SCANNING OF THE MODEL: the model is developed according to the impression taking, done by classical procedure. Once the WINScan®Abutment is placed, the entire model is scanned by means of a Laboratory scanner. The file, acquired in either ways, is used by the technician for the virtual modeling of the structure, that will be built by BioSAF IN either in Titanium, Chrome Cobalt or Zirconium. WINScan® Abutment is made of Peek and can be reused after adequate sterilization.
