RFID Management System

• MMStex® Garment Management System is the only solution on the market that guarantees an objective
logistics management of all work clothes (folded textile or non-textile garments, footwear, PPE, towels, etc.).
For this purpose, it has a complete range of different equipment that can be combined with each other by
configuring mixed multifunctional delivery equipment,
o Delivery – Dispensing Equipment (folded garment) and Smart Locker (folded garment, PPE,
towels)
o Return– Return Equipment (folded garment, PPE, towels):
• The MMStex equipment have a modular design (main module and slave module in dispenser/locker) and
scalable configuration that makes it possible to add and remove slave modules based on capacity needs.
• The modularity of the system is optimal for decentralised as well as centralised locations.
• Each dispensing module has 2 cells inside, each cell stores up to 40/50 clean garments of the same type,
colour and size. The dispensing mechanism, patented by MMS, does not use compressed air, it is individual
for each cell, and delivers folded garment with and without bagging.
For traceability management, MMStex® equipment works with RFID-UHF technology in a frequency range
that can be regulated between 860 and 960 MHz, compatible with European CE standards (ETSI: 865.6 -
867.6 MHz, 2W, ERP) and North American FCC standards (FHSS: 902-928 MHz, 4W, EIRP), both outside the
band range used by medical teams (2-15 MHz).
• The MMStex return equipment has an optional built-in web cam inside the cylindrical return hopper to
register the image of pieces of clothing/footwear/etc. returned when RFID technology is not the preferred
option.
