This SureDry TEE probe storage cabinet from Harloff is configured to hold five transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) scopes in a secure adjustable mounting system. This cabinet features a positive pressure fully redundant HEPA filtered fan system with two intake fans and one exhaust fan. This push/pull design ensures maximum drying efficiency for scopes by creating a vortex of air that flows through the entire TEE scope drying cabinet. Fan run time is fully adjustable and activated each time the TEE cabinet is closed, and the HEPA filters are easily replaced without having to disrupt scopes. Other features include a medical grade electrical system, tempered glass double doors, an easy to clean removable drip tray and multiple locking options.
Cardiologists use TEE probes to create pictures of the heart’s movement by inserting a long, thin, tube down the esophagus, which then needs reprocessed and dried. This SureDry TEE Probe Storage Cabinet includes the industry best Positive Pressure HEPA filtered drying system, replacing inside air within the cabinet four times per minute to provide easy drying and storage of TEE probes or other scopes. This TEE scope drying cabinet meets or exceeds Joint Commission, AORN, SGNA, and AAMI guidelines.
