[Principle of Detection]
The main components of the inactivated type are Tris-HCL, guanidine salt, RNA protectant, antibiotics, phenol red, etc. Tris-HCL keeps the pH of the solution stable. Guanidine salt inactivates the virus and can inhibit the activity of RNase. RNA protector can keep the RNA stable. Antibiotic can prevent the interference of foreign microorganisms.
