Infectious Disease Test Kit

This real-time RT-PCR kit is intended for detection of ORF1ab and N genes from SARS-CoV-2 and for in vitro auxiliary diagnosis or emergency use of diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection. The kit has a set of negative control, positive control and internal control. It has received CE mark.

• High sensitivity: Limit of detection (LoD) of 0.5 copies/μl.
• High specificity: Proprietary Triple Antibody Blocking-based Hot Start Technology. No cross reactivity with HCoV-HKU1, HCoV-229E, HCoV-OC43 and HCoV-NL63.
• Triplex RT-qPCR: Dual target assay for ORF1ab and N genes and an internal control gene.
• Minimized contamination : dUTP/ UNG used.

Storage

Store the kit at -20±5℃ away from light for 12 months.

Shipping
Ship the kit at low temperature. Dry ice should be used for long-distance shipping. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (freeze-thaw cycles should be fewer than 10).
