The Sykam S 3128 Eluent Monitor is an eluent monitor for in-line conductivity and pH measurement. With one or two external conductivity flow cells and one or two external flow-through pH electrodes the eluent detector allows accurate monitoring of chromatographic elution conditions of target compounds. Particularly suitable for bio chromatography applications based on hydrophobic interaction chromatography or ion exchange chromatography. The S 3128 is available as a desktop standalone version or as built-in version with other Sykam modules.
