Product Description
Lysis 1 – Acidic Lysis Buffer is an acidic aqueous solution of surfactant and inorganic acid. The reagent’s pH value is in the range of 1.00-1.50. Lysis 1 – Acidic Lysis Buffer is used to prepare animal cell cultures for cell enumeration and viability assessment, to detach adherent cell lines, and to disaggregate cell clusters.
Lysis 1 – Acidic Lysis Buffer permeabilizes the plasma membrane for homogenous staining of the nucleus by DNA-binding dyes such as DAPI. Please refer to the specific Application Notes for detailed instructions.
