Automatic Filling Machine

PAG-501 is a fully-automated slitting & bottling system which is specifically developed to process the “No Good” (NG) type of rows that have any number of defective cells.

The system’s operation is similar to the PAG-440 but with an added function of vision inspection where the system automatically fills-up the bottle with only of the good and acceptable cells (strip) while discarding any types of NG-marked or defective cells.

The automatic defect-scrapping process makes this system very cost-effective as it reduces production cost while improving quality control.
