Container Labeling System

Pk-80 is an automatic labeling machine for vials and small round products with automatic paper loading.
The loading of the products is entrusted to a vibrator that deposits the products. An outfeed belt then conveys them to the labeling unit. The vibrator always emits the products in the same direction and depending on the type of containers handled, it may or may not integrate a camera system. Pk-80 expects the product to fall after labeling (one or two labels) into an underlying container.

The container placed on the lower surface of the frame allows the labeling of products with dimensions from 10 to 40 mm in diameter and up to 150 mm in height. Labels can be from 20 to 140 mm wide. The automatic labeling machine can be connected to the most common industrial thermal printers.

They can also be connected with save-ribbon or inkjet marker with HP technology for variable data printing. Pk-80 can also be connected to popular online color printers for printing.
