Product Description
It was used to quantitatively detect apolipoprotein E in human serum in vitro.
APOE determination is mainly used for the evaluation of lipoprotein metabolic disorders and the assistant typing of hyperlipoproteinemia. APOE has LDL (low density lipoprotein) receptor recognition function. APOC (apolipoprotein C) and APOC (apolipoprotein C) play a regulatory role in lipoprotein metabolism. APOE and APOC III (apolipoprotein C III) were well correlated with TG (triglyceride). The elevation was found in type II b, type III, type IV, type V and type I hyperlipidemia.
